PMS RELIEF- A MUST SEE FOR ALL WOMEN
- Nix all things unnatural i.e. all artificially flavoured, chemically processed, sugary & salty foods. No cakes & sodas, chips, deep fried foods & canned foods like salaamis, vinegar, pickles. Eat fruits.
- NO chocolates, ice creams, ice water, curds, bananas, watermelons, mangoes, musk melon, rice, cucumber and NO caffeine i.e. tea, coffee, sodas, & chocolates.
- Eat soya (soya beans, soya milk etc.) , besan chillas, besan chappatis, ghiya-channe ki dal, plain roasted channas, oats, barley, etc.
- Eat Alfafa & "moong" sprouts, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame seeds & meethi seeds.
- Avoid red meat, eat white meat & fish which is grilled, roasted or steamed but not fried. Drink lots of water & sleep for long at night & eat small meals throughout the day.
