EAT RIGHT & STAY FIT
1) Favour cooked foods over raw, as they are easier to digest and hence they won't accumulate in your body & increase the fat.
2) Eat foods warmed or hot whenever possible as cold foods tends to put on body weight.
3) Eat on an empty stomach. Make sure that there is a gap of 3-4 hours in between your meals.
4)Try to eat at regular intervals throughout the day.
5) Always leave some space in your stomach while eating; over eating creates imbalances within the body.
6) Eat light meals at night, allowing 2-3 hours to lapse before going to bed.
7) Eat freshly cooked food as much as possible. Avoid leftovers.
8) Avoid cookong or reheating food in microwave as you tend to put on more weight.
9) Eat seasonal organic food.
10) Avoid ice cold foods and drinks.
